The room was very very very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Just the shower gel and the shampoo I didn't like. Everything else was perfect.

The staff was exceptional! Very kind, helpful and informative! They gave us their contact information for permanent interaction on whatsapp, thus being very open to communication. We were initially booked at "A Plus Residence" and when we arrived there, they gave us the possibility to choose between a room from "A Plus Residence" and a room from "Limon Residence", letting us to see both of them before making the choice (both of the hotels are owned by the same owner/owners). We chose the second one, staying for 5 days. The room was very good, with good air conditioning and free wifi (with good internet speed). The housekeeper constantly took care of our room and, also, the staff helped us with our luggages. Totally recommend them!!!

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. Taksim Square is within walking distance of the hotel's location. You may get there by just walking.

It was very comfortable to stay in the hotel. It’s very clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and clean. The position is perfect, just 5 min walking to Taksim square, you have metro,restaurants, and shops. the workers were kind and always available to help me and suggest anything about Istanbul. I will absolutely will come back!

Great value, very quiet and comfortable! The hotel is a short walk to Taksim square. The hotel was very clean and the cleaners went above and beyond to fold clothes/ tidy up room during their visits.

great spot… easy access to main shopping street and heaps of atmospheric bars cafes restaurants. u can get to all the main sights from here walking. great location. friendly and helpful place. lovely room. v good value

The staff were really helpful, understanding, friendly, and flexible especially Mr. Mehmet Bozkurt the chairman and the receptionist dude "big" ( his nickname ). By the way this photo is with the chairman Mr. Mehmet
